Candidates across the United States are preparing for the 2016 election. Getting off to the right start will save time, money and other precious campaign resources. The candidate that begins her campaign with these five smart moves increases her odds of success exponentially. 1. Hire a campaign manager and fundraiser The candidate’s job is to share to spread her message, meet with voters and raise the money necessary to do both. A skilled, experienced campaign manager and fundraiser are worth their weight in gold. 2.
